01

Before you buy

Brass Charter’s current paid products are digital downloads. Check the product’s included files, software requirements and refund wording, then review the price, currency and any tax in checkout.

A package and an individual tool can overlap. The Verified Acquisition System includes Buyer OS and seven companion applications; package owners do not need to buy an included application again. Buying Buyer OS alone does not include those seven companions.

A download includes the resources listed in its offer. Personal advice, implementation and a hosted workspace are separate unless specifically included.

02

Get your download

After a completed purchase, use the content or download button in your Gumroad receipt. Its wording can vary by product. If the download page asks for an email address, use the address entered at checkout.

You can also use your Gumroad Library if the purchase is associated with your Gumroad account. That account is separate from Brass Charter; private account saving on this website is not currently active.

Keep the receipt and a copy of the original downloaded package so you can find the purchase and its instructions again.

Missing receipt or files

  1. Check the inbox used at checkout.

Search for the Gumroad receipt and check spam. A payment wallet may have supplied a different email address.

  2. Recover the purchase before buying again.

Use Gumroad’s receipt-recovery instructions if the receipt is missing. If you have it but cannot open the download, follow the purchase-access guide above.

  3. Describe a missing or damaged file.

Reply to the receipt with the product name, file involved and what happened. A screenshot can help; remove unrelated personal or business information first.

Open and keep your files

If the download is a ZIP, extract it and follow its README or Start Here instructions. Keep files together when the product requires that. HTML applications, spreadsheets, documents and PDFs have different opening and saving requirements.

Make a separate working copy where instructed. Save editable exports when supported, and check that you can reopen them. A PDF report can preserve a result without restoring an editable worksheet. Browser-saved work is different from a separate file you keep.

The refund promise for your product

The promise made with your purchase continues to apply. Current examples include:

Verified Acquisition System
Its supplied instructions include a 30-day money-back guarantee and free updates, with help and refund requests through the Gumroad receipt.
LOI & Offer Builder
Its instructions offer a full refund if it does not sharpen your offer and you reply within 30 days. Free updates remain included.
Due-Diligence Deal Room
Its instructions offer a full refund if it does not make your diligence tighter and you reply to the purchase receipt within 30 days. Free updates are included.
Acquisition Loan Package Builder
Its instructions offer a full refund if it does not make your lender conversation easier and you reply within 30 days. Free updates are included.

For these and other products, use the wording in your specific offer and purchase instructions. This page does not shorten an existing promise or create a different period for the rest of the catalog.

Missing, damaged or misdescribed files can also involve legal rights. A product’s voluntary refund period does not replace rights that apply by law.

06

Request help or a refund

  1. Open the receipt for the purchase.

Reply to the Gumroad receipt email or use the seller contact shown on it. That keeps the request connected to the right order.

  2. Say what you need.

State that you are requesting a refund, help accessing the files, or help with a product. Include the product name and purchase reference if they are not already in the message.

  3. Keep a copy of the request.

If you are reporting a problem, describe the file and action involved. Send only what is needed; do not include a full card number, password or confidential worksheet.

If you cannot reach the seller through your receipt, Gumroad’s purchase-issue guide explains its support route.

07

After a refund, and product updates

Gumroad sends confirmation after a refund is issued. An issued refund and the money appearing in your account are separate steps; timing depends on the payment method and provider. Follow the confirmation and Gumroad’s current guidance if it has not appeared.

Gumroad states that a full refund removes access to the purchased content and its updates through the platform. A partial refund can work differently. The confirmation should identify what was refunded.

Where your product includes free updates, that promise remains. It does not by itself specify a release schedule or include a separate future product. Follow the product’s update instructions, and preserve your work before replacing application files.

08

Your rights and further help

Consumer remedies and cancellation rights depend on the law that applies to your purchase. Downloading a file does not by itself establish that you waived a right. Any required consent and acknowledgement for immediate digital delivery belong in the purchase process.

Nothing here is intended to remove rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. See our Terms of use for the wider use of our resources and our Privacy notice for purchase and support information.
