Help with a purchase

Contact Brass Charter

A direct way to reach us.

For general questions, tool support, privacy requests or an accessibility barrier.

01

Help with a purchase

For a Brass Charter product bought through Gumroad, reply to your purchase receipt email to contact the seller about the order. Include the product name and a short description of the issue.

Your receipt is also the starting point for accessing your purchased files. If a download is missing, will not open, or differs from what you expected, describe which file is affected and what happens when you try to use it.

If the seller does not respond, Gumroad’s guide explains how to contact Gumroad for help. For a missing receipt, the Delivery & refunds page includes recovery guidance.

02

Using a tool or keeping your work

The help library covers Brass Charter’s browser tools, editable downloads and saved copies. These guides are available whenever you want to use them.

What helps when you report a problem

  • The tool or product name and the page address.
  • What you were trying to do, what happened, and any error message.
  • Your browser and device, if relevant to the problem.

A short description is a useful starting point. Only share a screenshot or sample file if it helps explain the issue; remove confidential business information and other people’s details first. Keep your original working file.

03

Privacy questions & access barriers

The public contact at the top of this page is intended for these requests too, including from people who have not bought anything.

For a privacy question, describe the information or interaction your request concerns. For an access barrier, include the page or file, the task you were trying to complete, and what would help you use it.

You do not need to share a diagnosis or medical history to describe an accessibility problem. Do not send passwords, full payment-card details or identity documents with an initial request.
