Using Partnership Discussion Planner

How to start, keep, reopen, and use your Partnership Discussion Planner work.

Make expectations and unresolved questions visible before treating them as agreement.

Open Partnership Discussion Planner

Start with the work in front of you

  1. Choose the discussion context and enter the people taking part.
  2. Work through contributions, time, roles, decisions, money, and the other topics relevant to your circumstances.
  3. Distinguish open questions from points discussed, assign next actions, and choose a review point. Download reusable copy.

Keep it and pick it up again

The editable discussion keeps people, topic notes, statuses, and actions for your next meeting.

  1. Check your browser’s Downloads for the actual file. Keep the .json extension; a meaningful name and date can help you recognize the copy.
  2. Choose Open saved work below, select that file, and check the tool and summary shown.
  3. Continue in the tool. If there is already work open there, review the replacement prompt. Cancel to keep editing or download the current work before replacing it.

What to keep in view

A recorded view is not another person’s consent, and the planner does not create a signed partnership agreement. Keep disagreements and questions visible.

If it does not look right

If the file will not open, leave the original unchanged and read the error. A reading copy cannot substitute for the editable JSON. If you reopened an older copy, look for a later download; do not overwrite the current work while checking.

Keep your open draft?

Continuing will discard your unsaved changes. You can return to the draft and save or download it first.
