A question, an activity and a considered next move.

The task

Make the pieces below tell one coherent story. You are preparing a plan, not claiming that the test has happened or the business has been proven.

Your lesson notes appear here. Fill gaps, revise anything that no longer fits and label fictional practice notes. You can complete the plan without running an actual test.

1. The question.

My next decision: What might you continue, change or put aside?

The assumption behind it: Name one thing that would need to be true.

The question to investigate: Name the situation and something you can observe.

2. The conversation.

3. The evidence.

An observation, or an example to practise with: Record an action or quotation. Identify fictional or practice notes as such.

What that might mean: Write an interpretation and at least one other possible explanation.

4. The activity.

The small activity: Who would take part, what would they do, and what would you show or ask?

What I will record: Choose observable actions or answers tied to the question.

The limits I will set: Name a time, effort or spending limit, and when you would stop.

5. The next step.

How and when I will review it: Describe what would lead you to continue, revise or investigate further.

What this cannot tell me: Keep unanswered questions separate from conclusions.

The next step and its boundary: Choose a proportionate next move, or describe how you will choose once you have evidence.
